Personal Interests About Me Health Living
Ever since I hit puberty, it's been a struggle with my weight. Sometimes I've had success for short periods, sometimes for up to two years, and then factors like stress cause me to lose control of it and I gain. I acquired a lot of bad habits, too, along the way. I don't know what the ultimate answer is, but it just won't do to give up and concede the fight. Below are some links I've found helpful. Some deal with information about diets, or calories in various foods, how to know how much you need to eat it you want to design your own plan, activity calculators, and so forth. Muscle Map and Training Exercises Anaerobic vs. Aerobic Exercise LIVESTRONG.COM - Health, Fitness, Lifestyle In the past I have found Atkins worked for me for a time. I have a bit of a cheese craving, and so once I got past the carb cravings, I could still indulge in the cheese. It worked best for me with I combined it with watching calorie intake as well, though, or higher levels of activity. This was one of the times I was able to maintain weight loss for up to two years. But I am currently trying Weight Watchers. Atkins and Weight Watchers both performed well in long-term tests of staying on the diet, but nutritionists still argue that Atkins, in some forms, is not healthy, and weight loss on Weight Watchers was slightly better. I'm willing to try anything short of becoming a vegetarian.
I'll let you know how it goes.
