Summary and Reflections: I found the algebra classes (1010) frustrating.  They were completely full (35 students), and nearly all of them needed a lot of help.  I was not able to give them the kind of personal attention they needed and I found this frustrating. One-on-one, I can help, but I have more difficulty in large classes, and wanting to help and being unable to made the semester very stressful.  The algebra (Math 1010) evaluations will reflect this.  The Finite/Calculus (2040) went somewhat better, though they were also full, and the numbers on those courses are higher; however the highest evaluation scores of all, and the ones I am most proud of, came from the Pre-Calc (1020) class.  This class had the fewest students and I was able to give each student the kind of attention they needed.  I also did an independent study for a Business Calculus course, but as I had only one student, no evaluations were conducted.
