How much do you love cheese?

Cheese Haven was a creation of the COVID-19 pandemic. After all, what are you going to do with all your free time if you can't go out? You cook, of course, and try new recipes with whatever you can find. At least cheese stores well.

At first, we just perfected our recipes at home, and then among a small group of friends and neighbors. The results were so popular that when the lockdown ended we decided to give this place a go. We choose a large space so that we could spread out, and have plenty of room to grow as things slowly returned to the new normal. When the weather is good, you can even enjoy our open-air patio.

Of course, not even loves cheese as much as we do! I have friends who are vegetarians (sometimes persistently, sometimes off-and-on), so we've curated a selection of non-dairy cheeses we can use in our dishes, along with vegan-friendly meat substitutes. We even have a selection of cheeses for the lactose intolerant. And some selections for the cheese adverse: we know you are out there!

We don't use "cheese food" products!

  1. We have American-made cheeses when we can get them.
  2. A small selection of imported cheeses.
  3. We even make some cheeses ourselves!

Besides the restaurant side for in-house dining, pick-up and delivery, we also:

  1. We offer catering for events.
  2. Can host special events in house.
  3. We offer cheese tasting events on a monthly basis.
  4. We offer classes how how to make your own cheese.

You know you are thinking about how great that homemade sourdough you've been working on would taste so great with some cheese!
