Summary and Reflections: The university did not provide students with a place to write comments, or at least, I didn't get any back, so there are none I can post here.  This was a partially online applied calculus course.  It had never been taught in this format before, and I didn't get to choose the textbook.  It was extremely challenging for everyone concerned, but, in the end, I think it went pretty well.
