College of Allegheny County, South Campus Fundamentals of Algebra, Math 090
Course Description (from the College): A course in the fundamentals of algebra. Included are such topics as the real number system; operations on polynomial expressions containing variables; word problems; special products and factoring; solution sets of equations and inequalities in one variable. Also included are radical expressions involving square roots and an introduction to the rectangular coordinate system. I'm teaching two sections of this course. (Both sections begin September 7th.)
