In order to ensure that we will have a quiz over all/most of the material prior to taking the first exam, a quiz is being added to the schedule Oct 10.  That quiz will cover Chapter 5.  The regularly scheduled quiz on Oct 15th will be on Chapter 15.  The adjustment is necessary to compensate for not having class on Oct 8 (Mon).  Because this will bring our quiz total to 10 (rather than the previously scheduled 9), we will drop the lowest TWO (2) scores.
