MTH 245
Course Description (from the College):
Presents an overview of statistics, including descriptive statistics,
elementary probability, probability distributions, estimation,
hypothesis testing, correlation, and linear regression. Credit will
not be awarded for both MTH 155: Statistical Reasoning and MTH 245:
Statistics I or equivalent. This is a Passport Transfer course.
Lecture 3 hours. Total 3 hours per week. Prerequisite: Completion
of MTH 154 or MTH 161 or equivalent with a grade of C or better.
